If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.
If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product ONLY, NOT including the freight costs.
When returning item(s), please ensure the item(s) are undamaged and in the original packaging so we can resell the item(s)
Any damaged item(s) returned will not be refunded.
Any returned item(s) NOT in the original packaging but are undamaged, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
*** supply and installation are an additional cost depending on type of job, destination, labour and hardware which will add on top of the required lock price.
